Having been educated in Singapore and New Zealand, Dr. Aaron is a chiropractor with in-depth clinical experience across multiple countries namely New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia — bringing a genuinely well-informed and modern perspective to non-surgical spine and joint care.
He holds a B.Sc in Biological Science, a Bachelor of Chiropractic, and an AFCHSM associate fellowship, and has a particular focus on complex disc conditions, chronic musculoskeletal pain, and sports injuries. Timothy completed his Physiotherapy degree at Monash University, graduating with Honours. He has a strong belief in all aspects of physiotherapy and recognises that evidence-based practice is fundamental to achieving optimal outcomes for his patients. As such, Timothy is committed to ongoing professional development and lifelong learning, ensuring he remains up to date with the latest advancements across all areas of modern physiotherapy care.
He has a keen interest in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy, with a particular focus on complex conditions such as osteoarthritis, osteopenia, acute/chronic musculoskeletal pain, and pre- and post-operative rehabilitation. At Cornerstone Medical Group, Timothy utilises a range of evidence-based treatment modalities, including professional hands on care, clear and practical patient education, individually prescribed exercise programs, spinal decompression, high-power laser therapy, and shockwave therapy.
In addition to working in private practice, Timothy continues to work in the hospital setting, providing pre- and post-operative care on the orthopaedic ward. He manages patients recovering from a range of surgeries, including hip, knee, ankle, and shoulder procedures. He is a strong advocate for early post-surgical rehabilitation and recognises the importance of targeted strengthening and functional recovery. His approach prioritises safety while supporting a timely return to activity, minimising the risk of complications, promoting long-term independence, and maintaining a high quality of life.
Timothy is a firm believer in long-term preventative physiotherapy and values taking the time to understand each patient’s individual needs. He is passionate about working closely with patients to deliver patient-centred care and comprehensive physiotherapy services that are goal-oriented, holistic, and specific to each individual.
Outside of physiotherapy, Timothy enjoys spending time with his family, travelling, watching sports, and exploring food.
